Frank was saved at the age of 20 and began his training for the ministry at Dallas Baptist College. Frank has been a Church Planter in Colorado and a Camp evangelist in Colorado and Oregon. He has pastored four different churches and has seen significant growth in all of them. His passion is to Shepherd God’s people in a way that will bring them in contact with the Good Shepherd; helping them to live and grow in His grace. His strength is teaching God’s word in a practical way to make it relevant for our times.
